Pengelly Photography have just had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Amy and Dan who were married at Kersey Mill, Kersey, Suffolk.

After all the snow and rain we had been having over the last few day’s it was very pleasing to wake up to blue skies and lovely sunshine for Amy and Dan’s wedding day.

We met Amy in the morning to capture some preparation photographs while she was having her hair and make up finished, during these photographers we then met Amy’s lovely daughter Niamah who was adorable we must also not forget Amy’s and Dan’s new addition to the family 10week old Joseph.

Dan arrived with his bestman Tony in good time along with Dan’s son’s Joshua and Bailey, which allowed us to walk over to the lovely Mill at Kersey Mill to capture some really lovely photographs as the light was gorgeous.

The rest of the day run like clock work with everyone coming into photographs when requested, which also allowed us to take Amy and Dan into the Mill for some really lovely Bride and Groom photographs.

The day was finished with a disco in the evening with also a fantastic Magician going around the guest.

Kevin Pengelly will be a guest speaker at the London & Essex BIPP & MPA meeting, at Brentwood this evening to talk about how he gained his Associate with both professional organisation the BIPP and MPA.

This will be the very first seminar Kevin has been asked to present and is honoured to have been asked to attend.

The evening has very kindly been sponsored by Queensberry so thank you very much Jo Newman for that, it is very much appreciated.

The talk will be in front of fellow professional photographers and Kevin will take them through his journey on gaining his Associateship along with fellow photographers Tony Bramley and Sandra Islip who also gained their Associates.

Kevin would also like to thank all the photographers Kevin Wilson, David and Sandra Islip, Tony Bramley and Clare Louise that have sent their best wishes and also for all the help and advice you have given me, so thank you.

Pengelly Photography have just had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Joanne and Gary who were married at the lovely Suffolk wedding venue Hintlesham Hall, Hintlesham, Suffolk.

The proceedings started the day before with a pre wedding dinner held at Hintlesham Hall for all the wedding guests, during the meal the guests were treated to the fantastic three waiters which the guests really did enjoy.

After the meal  a casino was arranged with a prize of a mini cruise up for grabs for the guest that made the most money, also going around the guests were 2 fantastic card illusionists.

On the day of the wedding Hintlesham Hall looked stunning with Flowers by W Flower’s all around the long gallery and downstairs by the salon also in the long gallery were 20 framed enlargements of some of the Hollywood greats but also Pengelly Photography had photographed both Joanne and Gary in Hollywood style and their photographs had also been framed and hung in the long gallery which did cause quite a stir amongst the wedding guests as Joanne really does look like Elizabeth Taylor.

The whole day was really a stunning wedding to photograph and Joanne had put a lot of hard work in arranging, after the wedding itself living statues were around Hintleham Hall which a lot of guests walked past as they really did look like real statues also walking amongst guests were 3 Hollywood look alikes Marilyn Monroe, Sophie Loren and Audrey Hepburn.

The evening was completed with a 7 piece band playing the evening out with a guest appearance Joanne bridesmaid singing a couple of songs with the band.
