Judging at Focus NEC Birmingham with the MPA

Well at last I have now got time to catch up on our blog.

It has been a very hectic few weeks for Pengelly Photography especially Kevin Pengelly ABIPP AMPA.

Last Tuesday 9th March I was invited by the MPA to obverse the judging of Licentiate panels being submitted at focus NEC Birmingham for photographers first qualification.

The day started very early at 6am to drive to Birmingham so I could be on the MPA stand at 9.30am the whole day was a very good learning experience for me in my quest at some stage to be a full judge with the MPA and this was such a great learning experience to see first hand what the judges have to go through to judge a Licentiate submission.

I was very pleased that through out the day I got all the decision correct and it was very pleasing for me that the chairman Eric JenkinsĀ  asked my opinion on some of the panels.

So it goes without saying thank you so much to the MPA for allowing me to gain so much experience at Focus.
